What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensuring the service and seating areas are clean and inviting.
  • Providing detailed descriptions of menu items and making product recommendations to customers.
  • Handling customer orders and delivering prompt, courteous service.
  • Managing stock supplies, including ordering and receiving items.
  • Processing customer payments and handling cash accurately.
  • Completing daily shift sales remits and cash fund closeouts.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a barista role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
