About the role

Join the dynamic team at BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort (PCK Trade and Realty Corporation) as a full-time Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating delightful coffee and beverage experiences for our guests. Your expertise and passion for the art of coffee-making will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages to guests with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring the bar and equipment are well-stocked and in good working condition
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering recommendations and assisting guests with their orders
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests
• Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and other administrative tasks as required
• Contribute to the overall success of the food and beverage operations by collaborating with the wider team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques, equipment, and various coffee and beverage preparation methods
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
