Barista/Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista/Bartender to join our team. This dual-role position involves crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks during the day and mixing cocktails and serving beverages during evening or bar hours. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties (Daytime):

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and seating area.
• Educate customers on drink menu and suggest new products.
• Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems.
• Monitor stock levels and restock coffee bar supplies as needed.

Bartender Duties (Evening):

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Engage customers in a friendly manner, provide drink recommendations, and ensure a great guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and tools.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act in accordance with safety and company policies.
• Close out bar operations, including restocking and cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink mixing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Food & Beverage certifications (e.g., Food Handler, Responsible Beverage Service) may be required, depending on location.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Latte art skills (barista).
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Familiarity with local craft coffee and/or beverage trends.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
