The Corporate Admin Assistant oversees the management and handling of Inter-Company Administrative Inquiries. Additionally, they are responsible for managing office supplies, including issuing, monitoring, and forecasting the company's inventory. Their responsibilities include ensuring the timely procurement of requested supplies, from order placement to delivery, and maintaining effective communication with the Purchasing Department and suppliers.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Strong Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
•Knowledge in MS Office Programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
•Knowledge in Admin General Functions
•Good Interpersonal Skills
•Initiative
•Reliability
•Customer Service Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
•College Graduate; preferably have a Bachelor's/College Degree 4-year Course – BS Management, Office Administration, and the like.
•At least 1 year of related work experience
•Willing to work onsite at Grand Cenia, Cebu City
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3-5 months
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
