Position: Admin Assistant - Admissions

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and handling callers' inquiries.
  • Redirecting calls as appropriate and taking adequate messages when required.
  • Greeting, assisting, and/or directing students, visitors, and the general public to the correct destination.
  • Learning basic information about iACADEMY and answering frequently asked questions to better serve prospective students and their parents making inquiries.
  • Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone and fax messages.
  • Maintaining and tidying the reception area.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to the External Relations Team.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to prospective and current school families, both in person and on the telephone.
  • May assign other tasks from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Must have obtained Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education required.
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience in the academe industry.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must be attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
