About the Role:

We're looking for a
creative Digital Marketing Specialist
with basic
web development skills
to support digital campaigns, website updates, and team projects.

This is a
project-based, part-time role
with a
1-month paid training
designed to assess creativity, adaptability, and decision-making through real-world marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support digital campaigns using
    Meta Business Suite
    and
    Google Ads
  • Update and optimize websites through
    WordPress
  • Create marketing visuals and content using
    Canva
  • Track and organize daily tasks using
    ClickUp
  • Assist with SEO, analytics, and content publishing
  • Collaborate with the team to generate ideas for improving performance

Qualifications:

  • Open for at least 1-year experience in Social Media Management and Web Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of
    digital marketing

    social media tools
  • Familiarity with
    WordPress
    ,
    Meta Business Suite
    ,
    Canva
    ,
    ClickUp

    Google tools
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Important:

This is a
part-time, project and remote basis, and paid training/work based in Dubai (GMT+4).

During the
1-month training
, you'll gain
hands-on exposure to day-to-day digital marketing tasks
— including campaign management, content creation, web updates, and analytics.

Your
skills, learning curve, and decision-making abilities
will be evaluated throughout the program to determine suitability for ongoing project collaboration.
