Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead the companys marketing operations, driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role combines strategy development with hands-on implementation across retail, trade, and digital channels. The position will also supervise one marketing staff member and collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for the companys products and services.
  • Manage advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts including social media, website management, and online ads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the hardware and construction retail industry.
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, product launches, and promotional events to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and trade partners for co-marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable results.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor one marketing staff to ensure effective execution of day-to-day marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, hardware, or construction materials industry.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, brand development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
