Job Qualification

· Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team toward achieving branch goals and targets.

· Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining rapport with both customers and staff. Able to effectively manage relationships across all levels.

· Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Skilled in resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while keeping the best interest of the business and customers in mind.

· Multitasking & Organizational Skills: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, managing time efficiently, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

· Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences and maintaining long-term relationships.

· Educational Requirements: A college graduate with a degree in any field, preferably in business-related courses such as Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.

Job Status:

  • Direct Hire (Probationary Contract).
  • Salary + Commission + Monthly incentive.

· HMO coverage after 1 year of regularization.

· Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
