About the Role

Our client is a Dynamics 365 consulting business that helps organisations implement, customise, and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. They are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant / Developer to support client projects, provide technical guidance, and assist with solution delivery.

This role is hands on and client facing. You will work closely with senior consultants to design, configure, and advise on Dynamics 365 implementations across CRM and Power Platform modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customise, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE modules)
  • Advise clients on best practice usage of Dynamics 365 for their business processes
  • Develop custom workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations
  • Work with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Assist with data migration, system configuration, and environment setup
  • Provide technical input during discovery and solution design sessions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing optimisation and support
  • Document solutions and provide clear technical guidance to internal teams and clients

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience across CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service
  • Solid understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Experience with customisation, workflows, plugins, and integrations
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a consulting or client delivery environment
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience with Finance & Operations (if applicable to client base)
  • Experience working with Australian or international clients
  • Azure or integration experience

Engagement Details

  • Part time: 20 hours per week initially
  • Fully remote

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
