Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical care to employees at the project site.
  • Monitor and maintain workers' health through regular medical checks, health counseling, and preventive programs.
  • Maintain and update medical records, incident reports, and health-related documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of health, wellness, and safety programs in coordination with HSE OfficersEnsure compliance with occupational health standards and company health policies.
  • Coordinate with accredited hospitals/clinics for referrals and medical emergencies.
  • And all other tasks, Responsibilities and Obligations necessary to support project implementation and objectives, as may be assigned from time to time. particularly in the absence of health-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).With valid OHNAP training or equivalent occupational health certification.
  • At least 1–2 years experience as a site/industrial nurse in construction, manufacturing, or similar field.
  • Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational health procedures.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Willing to follow instructions and work under supervision.
