Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of engaging content across various platforms, including articles, posts, presentations, and video storyboards. This role also involves assisting with job postings and advertisements, preparing creative materials for internal events, and collaborating on marketing campaigns to promote the company's initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing compelling content for talent recruitment, partner outreach, and internal engagement.
  • Assisting the Talent Seeker team with job postings and advertisements across different platforms.
  • Providing support in preparing creative materials for internal events and activities.
  • Assisting in designing and executing marketing campaigns; providing basic monitoring of engagement and reach using analytics tools.
  • Participating in school visits and external activities to help connect with potential partners and support company initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools and Canva.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • People-oriented and comfortable engaging with schools, partners, and external contacts.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time, Day Shift position.
  • Onsite work at the Iloilo Office located at 2nd Floor Iloilo Gateway Hotel & Suites, Brgy. Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo.
