JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree holder

With at least 1-3 years' experience in collection

Amenable to work Onsite in Quezon City

Amenable to work on night shift schedule

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering phone calls and emails from both internal and external customers in a

fast-paced, extremely complex setting

Collect past-due invoices on your own by reaching out to clients via phone, email, or

portal.

Independently reconcile complicated accounts and assist in promptly resolving

customer disputes by working with other company departments on cash applications or

invoices/billings.

The technical, communication, and organizational abilities required to effectively

prioritize, address, and settle current client issues and process payments.

Handle month-end and/or daily account reconciliations using spreadsheets like the

daily cash log.

Examine and prepare customer refunds for overpayments, duplicate payments, and

payments made to the wrong business.

Weekly aging report preparation and account prioritization according to past-due

status.

Credit release account review.

Other tasks may be assigned related in accounting
