About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Staff to join our team in Dasmarinas City Cavite. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential financial and accounting support to our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and month-end reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
• Performing data entry, analysis, and other administrative tasks to support the finance and accounting functions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is provided in a timely and accurate manner
• Adhering to all relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures
• Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A keen interest in continuously learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
