Job Summary : Looking for a visionary Product Development Assistant to conceptualize and create our next best-selling collections of stylish and high-quality women's fashion accessories, bags, and footwear. You will translate trends into tangible, commercial and beautiful constructed products that our customers will love. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Trend & Research Concept Development - Conduct deep dive trend forecasting research specific to accessories, bags, and foot wear- Develop strong, cohesive seasonal concepts, color palettes, and material stories that align with our brand DNA and target customer - Create mood boards, concept boards, and initial design sketches to present creative direction.

2. Technical Design & Development - Create detailed tech packs including technical flats, construction details, material callouts, dimensions, and colorways for all new designs.- Source and develop new materials, trims and hardware, with a focus on innovation and sustainability ( e.g, vegan leather, recycled linings, eco - friendly hardware). - Work closely with the Supply Chain team to engineer products to meet target price points without compromising on design or quality. - Lead the sample review process, providing precise feedback to suppliers on fit, construction and aesthetic to achieve the desired outcome

3. Cross - Functional Collaboration - Partner with the Supply Chain Team to align the design calendar with the merchandising strategy and production timeline. - Work with the e-commerce and marketing teams to provide assets and storytelling for new product launches

4. Collection Management - Build balanced seasonal collection that include statement pieces, core classics and commercial drivers - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to production-ready handoff, ensuring all deadlines are met

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php26,000.00 per month
