About the Role

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll help shape company's user experience across our consumer platform and fintech products—transforming challenging user journeys into empowering, intuitive solutions.

We're seeking a Product Designer who:

• Thrives in solving complex, high-stakes problems with elegance and clarity.

• Understands how to design for both emotional resonance and financial decision-making.

• Can balance the needs of a B2C audience with the constraints of regulated fintech products.

In this role you will

• Design end-to-end product experiences for our consumer and fintech offerings—from research and ideation to execution and refinement.

• Partner with product leads, engineers, and care experts to uncover and solve user needs in the care and financial planning journey.

• Use user research, usability testing, and data insights to drive design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance emotional design with financial clarity.

• Champion design excellence and accessibility, ensuring our products feel approachable while meeting the highest usability standards.

• Help evolve our design system to ensure consistency across D2C and fintech touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with strong skills in both visual and interaction design.

• A proven track record designing for D2C digital products with gamification —experience in fintech or other regulated industries is a strong plus.

• An independent problem solver who can take projects from concept to launch, producing elegant solutions for complex challenges.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex ideas into simple, emotionally resonant user experiences.

• Growth-oriented, adaptable, and excited to design in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• A collaborative leader who can guide and inspire others, championing inclusion and equity in design.
