Job Description

11FTC Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer with a passion for finding, validating, and building solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving the Design department's processes, optimizing production efficiency, and improving product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and improve manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to increase production efficiency and product quality
  • Crafting design requirements based on discussion with Account Executives and from user research insight
  • Work with engineering, marketing, production, and/or sales departments to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products
  • Search for best practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates
  • Examine materials and production costs to determine manufacturing requirements
  • Scheduling and dissemination of project tasks to all Designers
  • Monitoring proper assembly design and daily projects including due dates and project capacities
  • Design innovation requirement in every aspect of project task
  • Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Executive Committee

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Industrial Designer, Architecture, Draftsman, or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years in a Managerial role
  • More than 7 years total of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proven work experience and knowledge in 2D Graphic Designing and Techdraw or similar role
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in SketchUp, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, ADOBE Illustrator and basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Can start immediately is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
