Job Description

As a Production Graphic Designer, you will create, refine, and prepare production-ready artwork for engraving and printing, ensuring accuracy, visual quality, and brand alignment. You will collaborate closely with U.S. and PH teams, manage multiple design requests, and deliver polished assets that support product development and customer satisfaction.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant production graphic design experience
• Proven graphic design or production artist background with a strong portfolio
• 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• 1-2 years of CorelDRAW experience preparing files for engraving or laser machines
• 2-3 years of experience in surface art, illustrations, or pattern designs
• At least 3 years of U.S. graveyard shift experience
• Mastery of vector-based design tools
• Strong surface design skills, including typography and illustration
• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Portfolio demonstrating production-ready files, surface art, and technical design
• Fluent English communication skills
• Quiet, dedicated home office setup
• Reliable internet with backup
• Self-starter mentality with resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial approach

Your Daily Tasks

• Create and edit production-ready art files for engraving on wood and glass products
• Generate artwork files using text, images, logos, and customer requests
• Adapt customer-provided artwork into CorelDRAW files that accurately fit product dimensions
• Produce PDF proofs and mockups for customer approval
• Clean and optimize images/logos for engraving
• Prepare factory-ready print files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create or assist in surface art illustrations and pattern designs
• Manage simultaneous projects with rapid turnaround requirements
• Collaborate with U.S. and PH teams through email, Asana, Teams, and Zoom
• Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions
• Apply entrepreneurial thinking to solve problems and enhance processes
