Position Summary

The UI/UX Web Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for data-driven dashboards and web applications. This role requires strong skills in information design, expertise in Figma, and the ability to translate complex data into clean, understandable user experiences.

The designer will work closely with the founder and engineering team to shape the product's visual direction, improve usability, and establish scalable design systems. This role offers high ownership and the opportunity to influence both product design and internal workflows.

Job Details

Work Setup:

  • First 1 to 2 months: Full-time onsite for close collaboration, onboarding, and product ramp-up.
  • After 1 to 2 months: Transition to work-from-home / hybrid is expected, with occasional onsite days for client visits, team meetings, or important workshops.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible work hours to an extent.

Flexible arrival between 8 AM to 10 AM, corresponding flexible end time between 5 PM to 7 PM

Holidays: Philippine Holidays


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Create and maintain a scalable Figma design system (components, typography, colors) that speeds up development.
  • Take complex data sets and requirements and turn them into simple, understandable UI (tables, filters, charts).
  • Work closely with the engineering squad to ensure your designs are feasible and implemented with high fidelity.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing real, shipped product work.
  • Strong understanding of information design, particularly for data-heavy interfaces.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).
  • Comfortable working as the sole designer with high ownership and minimal supervision.
  • Clear English communication skills; collaborative, organized, and self-directed.
  • No degree required.
  • Open and excited to work in an AI-first, experimental environment (not a traditional "just hand off Figma and leave" setup).
  • Must be able to provide a design portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work.
