Position Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This hybrid role combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital storytelling. You'll be responsible for designing engaging content, managing brand visuals across platforms, and growing our digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or social media (agency experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Strong visual eye, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Photography or illustration skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

  • Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Create branding assets including logos, style guides, icons, and templates.
  • Design motion graphics or animations (preferred but not required).
  • Ensure all designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and developers.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Design and schedule posts, stories, reels, and paid ad creatives.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Engage with followers and build community interaction.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
