Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, social media, product packaging, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life through innovative and visually striking designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
  • Create digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
  • Develop visual branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Edit and retouch photos, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Prepare final artwork for printing or publishing, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all channels and materials.
  • Keep up with industry trends and suggest new creative strategies or tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and trends.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a creative flair.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with marketing teams or in fast-paced creative environments.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other digital design platforms.
