A creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of branding, digital media, and marketing principles. You will be responsible for developing visually compelling assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and product teams to develop design concepts for campaigns.
  • Create a variety of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and tone.
  • Design assets optimized for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, mobile apps).
  • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and support the development of overall marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital publication, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a marketing or advertising company.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and print media.
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or UI/UX principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Photography or illustration skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they influence design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
