Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is looking for an analytical, driven, and business-minded Assistant Commercial Manager to support the strategic and day-to-day leasing operations of our commercial properties in Carbon Market. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will help strengthen our tenant mix, drive leasing performance, and ensure lease operations and compliance are executed efficiently to achieve revenue targets aligned with the business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategies to meet tenant requirements and strengthen the overall tenant mix to attract target customers.
  • Assist in evaluating and identifying potential leasable spaces for utilization, improvement, or redevelopment.
  • Help analyze market trends, customer profiles, and performance data to maximize occupancy and yield of commercial spaces.
  • Assist in reviewing rental revenue performance versus project cost/ROI for planning and decision support.
  • Help identify, shortlist, and target potential tenants based on zoning plans, category strategy, and desired tenant mix.
  • Prepare and consolidate leasing updates, occupancy reports, and status dashboards for management reporting.
  • Help implement a structured stakeholder engagement calendar and ensure timely execution of engagement activities.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Manager in coordinating team deliverables and priorities.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team culture by supporting coaching, feedback, and capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or related roles (experience in malls/markets/retail leasing is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
