Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant with proven experience in commercial insurance to support daily administrative, policy, and client service tasks. The ideal candidate understands commercial insurance workflows and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update commercial insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist with certificates of insurance COIs, policy documentation, and audits
- Support underwriting processes by gathering required information and documents
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, and clients regarding policy changes and requests
- Track renewals, follow-ups, and outstanding insurance requirements
- Maintain organized records in CRM and insurance management systems
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of insurance-related tasks
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior hands-on experience in commercial insurance required
- Strong understanding of commercial policies and insurance terminology
- Experience handling COIs, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with U.S. commercial insurance agencies or brokers
- Familiarity with insurance management systems and CRMs
- Prior remote or virtual assistant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
