Support project ownership by assisting in managing the project's schedule, cost, and budget. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
Lead coordination efforts with designers and construction teams on site, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Attend in client meetings, supporting communication with the Client's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) or Client Owner, and liaising with the Client's local team when required.
Assist in preparing weekly project reports that summarize schedule status, budget position, risks and mitigation strategies, project updates, and upcoming tasks.
Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress, support contractor and vendor coordination (e.g., General Contractor, Interior Designers, Engineering Consultants, furniture suppliers), and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate with the client and relevant stakeholders to ensure construction activities comply with site requirements and landlord regulations.
Demonstrate working knowledge of project scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project or Gantt Charts in Excel, to support planning and tracking.
Apply basic construction knowledge, particularly in fit-out works and general engineering design, to support technical discussions and decision-making.
Support procurement activities, including organizing bidding processes, assisting in bid evaluations, and preparing recommendations in line with standard procurement practices
- Advanced knowledge in construction focusing on Mechanical and/or Electrical Scope - from installation, lead time, pricing, etc
- Can read plans, site condition, and identify solutions on any conflicts identified - coming from a design firm background is a plus
- Quantity Take off is a plus but should have a knowledge in checking the plans against to what has been delivered
- Advanced knowledge on new technologies, innovations, integrations, on Mechanical and/or Electrical
- COSH certified is a plus but basic knowledge in EHS related to the scope is a must
