RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage and oversee overall building operations and maintenance of facilities on a day-to-day basis ensuring these are in compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Implementing and overseeing security and emergency systems, ensuring fire safety measures are in place, and maintaining a safe environment
  • Monitoring and recording building expenditures, managing budgets, paying invoices, and ensuring cost-effective operations
  • Ensuring the building adheres to all health, safety, and legal regulations

Experience Required

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Building Management
  • Accredited Pollution Control Officer (DENR) is a Plus

Work Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
