Role Overview

Ascend Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Director to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our branding, public relations, and corporate communications initiatives across a portfolio of local and global building material brands. This leadership role is instrumental in strengthening our market presence—overseeing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and international collaborations that elevate brand visibility and business growth. You will drive a unified brand message across all channels while reinforcing Ascend's reputation as a leader in premium construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and global brand partnerships.
  • Oversee corporate communications, PR, and executive messaging to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Strengthen relationships with international suppliers, dealers, and industry partners.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, print, and event platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team and creative collaborators.
  • Building materials or construction industry experience is preferred but not required for this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years in senior marketing communications or brand leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing integrated marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and project management abilities.
  • Committed to reporting on-site and traveling occasionally. Las Piñas and/or new BGC office (opening in Q3 2026)
