JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Inspecting buildings regularly to identify any structural issues or malfunctions within the building systems
  • Designing and implementing plans for building systems such as electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on building systems
  • Ensuring the building complies with all health and safety regulations
  • Supervising and managing building maintenance staff and contractors
  • Coordinating with architects and construction teams on new building projects
  • Estimating costs for repairs, upgrades, and improvements within the building
  • Maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work conducted in the building
  • Implementing energy-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Responding to emergency situations or breakdowns within the building and organizing swift solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of electrical/mechanical

· With licensed

· With related experience as building engineer

· Willing to work on shifting schedule and rotating rest day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
