Signature Home Products Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator (System & Logistics) who will primarily handle order processing through our system, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate delivery routes with our truck drivers. This is an excellent role for candidates who are detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and want to build a career in logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in the company system (Zoho/Excel) and ensure accuracy of data before dispatch.
  • Coordinate delivery routes and schedules directly with truck drivers and helpers.
  • Prepare, print, and release pick lists, delivery receipts, invoices, and other required documents.
  • Track incoming and outgoing stocks in the system and update reports daily.
  • Support the Inventory Checker and Warehouse Supervisor in reconciling stock variances.
  • Maintain proper electronic and physical filing of warehouse and delivery documents.
  • Communicate closely with the Sales Coordinator, Fulfillment Team, and Warehouse Team to ensure on-time order completion.
  • Report delivery delays, route conflicts, or order discrepancies to the Operations Team.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, encoding, tracking).
  • Knowledge in using warehouse/order processing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City and coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff daily.
  • This is not a heavy physical role — focused on admin, coordination, and system work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
