Mansfield International, Inc. is in need of a talented leader for a challenging, full-time and urgent position in warehouse operation, inventory management and distribution process.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
  • Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels; ensures proper documentation of all stock movements.
  • Implements and enforces warehouse procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinates with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution of goods.
  • Supervises and trains warehouse staff, assigns tasks, and monitors performance.
  • Ensures the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, tools, and facilities.
  • Oversees scheduling of deliveries and pickups; liaises with trucking and courier services, as needed.
  • Maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Generates warehouse and distribution reports for management review.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or apparel/undergarments.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management/QRP systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
