About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at Excello Restaurant Management Group in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our restaurant brands and drive customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  • Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials, such as social media content, promotional materials, and advertising assets
  • Coordinating with the sales team to support promotional activities and events
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimise and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Staying up-to-date with F&B industry best practices and emerging marketing trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role in the F&B industry, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and data analytics software
  • Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
