Location: DVC Muntinlupa - Ground Flr, Ayala Malls South Park Center, National Road Brgy. Alabang, Muntinlupa CIty

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Willing to start ASAP

Salary: P25,000.00-P35,000.00 per month

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- With at least 1 year – 3 years of experience in marketing or sales leadership

- Strong background in campaign planning, digital marketing, and brand management

- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills

- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach

- Closed deal clients and Team Collaboration

- Leading and mentoring the marketing team, setting goals, and managing performance to ensure that team members contribute effectively to the marketing strategy.

- Ensuring that the company's brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels.

- Amenable to work onsite and outside (if necessary)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotions
• Lead the marketing team in achieving sales and branding goals
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize strategy
• Market Research and Analysis
