Job Summary:
Marketing Supervisor for FMI is responsible for developing, executing, and supervising marketing initiatives that promote the company's products & services to existing and prospective clients. This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing a team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the FMI's branding aligns with its goals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase the visibility of FMI and attract new clients.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Identify key market segments for targeted marketing efforts.
Branding and Promotion:
Oversee FMI's branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage online and offline advertising campaigns, including social media, print materials, email newsletters, and paid search efforts.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing content (brochures, website copy, social media posts, etc.).
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Design and execute lead generation campaigns to attract new corporate clients.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring continuous engagement and business opportunities.
Develop promotional material and sales tools that help the business development team in securing contracts.
Team Management and Supervision:
Supervise a small team of marketing professionals, including setting goals, reviewing progress, and providing mentorship.
- Ensure that marketing team members are aligned with the company's goals and deliver quality work within deadlines.
Conduct training and development activities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Use data analytics tools to gather insights on market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a recruitment, staffing, or manpower agency.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, including market research, branding, content creation, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
