Position: Training Officer

Job Description:

The Training Officer will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring training programs for employees to improve skills, performance, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field

1–3 years experience in training, coaching, or employee development

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Male or Female (open to all qualified candidates)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and conducting training programs
  • Support the training team in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs
  • Maintain training records and reports
