About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Financial and Excel Modeling Analyst to join our growing real estate team.

This role will support development and investment decisions by building financial proforma models, analyzing project performance, and preparing reports for management.You'll work closely with the US-based team on residential and multifamily real estate projects, helping evaluate feasibility, cash flows, and returns.

What You'll Do

  • Build and update Excel-based financial models for real estate development and investment projects.
  • Analyze project costs, revenues, and returns (IRR, NPV, ROI, cash flow projections).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Review market and economic data to ensure financial assumptions are realistic.
  • Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial reports for management and investors.
  • Coordinate with the market research and development teams to align assumptions and projections.
  • Track ongoing project performance versus budget and highlight key variances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or any related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including financial modeling, formulas, and data analysis.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment modeling, or real estate development.
  • Understanding of real estate finance concepts (pro forma, IRR, cap rate, yield, absorption, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets (especially in the US or Bay Area) is a plus.
  • Experience using tools like Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Required to follow 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
