Planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Willing to work at Brgy. Nabilid, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Devises, researches new design/ plans for plants expansion, improvement and development projects to be approved by Head Office.

  • Supervises Contractors during installation, project execution and implementation of additional equipment of new design.

  • Monitors progress of ongoing projects to ensure conformity with approved design and specification.

  • Prepares cost estimates and bill of materials of projects and requisition of materials needed for various projects.

  • Prepares bar chart and timetable for projects underway.

  • Prepares weekly reports of project's progress for discussion during weekly staff meeting.

  • Prepares punch list of activities for contractors during shutdowns.

  • Prepares daily report on the progress status/ accomplishments of ongoing projects.

  • Prepares budget requests and monitors progress of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects.

  • Conducts meeting with contractor to discuss project progress matters.

  • Performs other related jobs as assigned by Factory Manager from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent college level education

  • At least 5 years' hands-on experience in building and steel structure engineering

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
