Qualifications:

  • PhD in Biomedical, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Cord Blood Banking (preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge in Stem Cells or Genetics/Molecular Diagnostics
  • Laboratory and Team Management experience
  • Skilled in laboratory validation, compliance, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Job Scope:

  • Provide strategic laboratory leadership and technical direction to align with business goals.
  • Serve as the Laboratory / Processing Facility Director ensuring operational excellence
  • Guarantee compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
  • Oversee process development and continuous improvement for laboratory systems and workflows.
  • Lead scientific and operational innovations for new products and services.
