Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Licensed Engineer preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) rollout or OSP (Outside Plant) deployment projects.
  • Strong background in permitting, right-of-way negotiation, and local government coordination.
  • Experienced in managing survey, permitting, and documentation teams for fiber network projects.
  • Knowledgeable in FTTH design standards, route validation, and as-built documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiar with AutoCAD, GIS, and fiber route planning tools.
  • Understanding of FTTH materials, specifications, and construction methods (both aerial and underground).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, permits, and construction plans.
