Job Description

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
  • Coordinate with different teams (Design, SAQ, Field Engineers, Contractors).
  • Monitor project progress and update trackers.
  • Follow up requirements, permits, and site documents.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Project Manager.
  • Ensure materials, manpower, and site needs are properly arranged.
  • Help solve small project issues and escalate big problems to the PM.
  • Communicate project status with clients or internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course (Engineering is an advantage).
  • With experience in project coordination (telecom experience is a plus).
  • Good communication and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, project trackers, and basic documentation.
  • Can work under deadlines and fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Can coordinate well with multiple teams.
