SAQ Manager – Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the SAQ team handling site acquisition for telecom/fiber projects.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks such as site hunting, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Review site survey results, permits, and landowner agreements.
  • Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Legal, and Project teams for accurate site data.
  • Handle negotiations with property owners, LGUs, and building administrators.
  • Ensure all site requirements, permits, and approvals are completed on time.
  • Resolve issues related to site access, right-of-way, and documentation.
  • Track SAQ progress and submit regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project timelines, and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering, Business, or any related course.
  • With 3–5 years experience in SAQ for telecom or fiber projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site permits, right-of-way, and negotiation processes.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiar with SAQ workflows, documentation, and coordination with LGUs or building admins.
  • Can work under tight deadlines and handle multiple sites at once.
  • Experience in telecom companies or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
