About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Bunawan, Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality sanitary products.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise & coordinate production staff; assign tasks & provide support.
  • Implement & enforce schedules, quality controls & safety protocols.
  • Identify & resolve production issues to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze data, track KPIs, & report on performance to management.
  • Provide training & development to enhance staff skills.
  • Collaborate with logistics & procurement for smooth production.
  • Meet budgetary & production targets.
  • Coordinate plant processes (production, maintenance, receiving).
  • Minimize waste and ensure compliance.
  • Implement Main Plant procedures & support special projects.
  • Pollution Control Officer/Safety on Workplace

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory or management role, preferably in the manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG industry.
  • With experience managing teams of 70-80 production staff across multiple shifts.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use relevant software tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Excel advanced functions, and production management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Prior experience in Pollution Control Officer (PCO) duties or environmental management. Knowledge of DENR regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; effectively present information to management.
  • Exercise sound, independent judgment within established guidelines.
