Your Mission:

  • As our Procurement Associate, you'll play a vital role in our operational efficiency, ensuring that every local purchase - from materials to services - not only meets our high standards of quality but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
  • You'll immerse yourself in canvassing and negotiating, turning every challenge into an opportunity to fortify the reliability of our supply chain.
  • Through your meticulous attention to Purchase Order accuracy and delivery timelines, you'll not only uphold our reputation for excellence but also elevate our operational agility.
  • Your role in accrediting and evaluating external providers will be pivotal in maintaining a network of suppliers that share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and forward-thinking practices.

What you'll do

  • Supplier Sourcing & Management: Canvas and source the best products and suppliers. Evaluate and accredit suppliers that meet our rigorous standards, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality materials and services.
  • Quality Control & Issue Resolution: Handle material and service complaints efficiently, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining our commitment to quality in all aspects of our operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare insightful reports that contribute to our strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts. Your analyses will guide decision-making and strategy at all levels.
  • Supplier Network Maintenance: Maintain and expand a reliable list of service providers, ensuring that our procurement strategies support operational excellence and innovation.
