Job Summary:

We are seeking a Key Accounts Associate with a strong background in selling dry-aged meats and/or frozen meats, or from FMCG industry ideally with an established network in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients and strategically growing our footprint in the high-end food service market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts within the hospitality, hotel, and restaurant sectors.
  • Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in the premium meat category.
  • Promote the product portfolio, with a focus on dry-aged and frozen meats, including Jamón Ibérico, Serrano, and other specialty items.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and sales pitches tailored to chefs, F&B managers, and procurement officers.
  • Ensure timely and efficient coordination of orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and consistent product availability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in B2B food sales or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
  • Strong existing network in the hotel and restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about premium food and knowledgeable about meat cuts and preparation methods.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel locally to meet clients and support field activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
