Job description

HMR is looking for a driven and hands-on individual to manage and grow our Affiliate Marketing and Live Selling initiatives. Our affiliate program is already built — your role is to manage affiliates, strengthen partnerships, and boost performance.

At the same time, you'll take charge of our live selling operations, building and guiding a team of live sellers and influencers to maximize sales on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, and Facebook Live.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a live seller or has managed live sellers/influencers and wants to step into a leadership role without needing a long list of formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage HMR's affiliate program and oversee affiliate partners, resellers, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track affiliate sales, monitor performance, and create promotions to drive growth.
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand the network.

2.Live Selling Operations

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor live sellers for HMR's live selling channels.
  • Oversee daily live selling activities, scheduling, and promotions.
  • Develop engaging live selling formats and campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

3.Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align product campaigns with live selling and affiliate pushes.
  • Stay updated with live commerce trends and introduce new approaches to keep HMR competitive.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

· Must have hands-on experience in live selling (either as a seller or as a manager of sellers).

· Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or Facebook Live selling.

· Experience managing influencers, affiliates, or reseller programs is a plus.

· Strong communication and people management skills.

· Data-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
