Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resort Manager based in Mactan Cebu. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service. Duties include property management, budget oversight, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of all resort activities. The Resort Manager will also work closely with various teams to maintain and enhance the guest experience.

  • Experience in Property Management
  • Budgeting skills and experience
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
