Job Responsibilities

  • Expected to have good rapport with the team members and management team of the organization.
  • Building patron loyalty and good will on behalf of her company; and ultimately, Executive Host duties will help the organization increase in revenue generation.
  • Ensure patrons feel welcomed and comfortable, leading to the patrons taking more interest in the organization. To improve on customer satisfaction.
  • Expected to meet and greet patrons warmly as they come in and to escort them to the specific area of the property where they want to visit.
  • Get adequately informed about facilities in the organization.
  • Entails hearing and all complaints patrons may have regarding the services offered by the organization; such responsibility falls more on he/her shoulders, especially if the manager is unavailable.
  • Include organize patron's schedule if needed, managing dining reservations, and arranging parties in the event any of the patrons have special occasions.
  • Liaise with the supervisor and provide the later with detailed report about events and activities.
  • Knowledge to use Opera Hotel system and IGT Gaming system for daily operations.
  • Comply with house and casino rules & regulations.
  • Conduct briefing to relevant departments for patrons' arrangement.
  • Patron's pre-arrival preparation and arrangement.
  • Meet and greet patron and checking-in/checking-out patrons.
  • VIP membership registration and membership maintenance.
  • Provide personalized service to patrons in the property at all time.
  • Assist patrons in casino program buy-in and casino program settlement.
  • Departure arrangements for patrons.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hazard free work environment.
  • Promote hospitality and tourism in the Philippines to drive business growth.
  • Performs other tasks required.

Qualifications

  • One (1)- Two (2) years of Integrated Resort/Casino experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent.
  • Familiar with casino rules and regulations.
  • Of good character.
  • An advantage: Ability to speak at least 3 foreign languages as a foreign language interpreter between the company and clients.
  • Ability to handle a team and to work together with them.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with work schedules.
