Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a Spa & Recreation Manager. The Spa & Recreation Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa and recreational services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating therapeutic recreation activities, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves handling guest communications and maintaining an inviting and relaxing environment.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Budgeting experience
  • Strong skills in Recreation and Therapeutic Recreation coordination
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or recreation environment is beneficial
