Job description

E-Commerce Assistant

The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible of managing online stores of the company.

DUTIES:

  • Manage stores on different e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinates with inventory team for proper stock forecast and allocation
  • Maintains good customer relationship through chat
  • Assists in creating various content types with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective brands and platforms
  • Prepares monthly-end performance reports
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in online marketing and advertisement
  • Enthusiastic, keen to learn, with a passion for self-development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Must be willing to work in Malabon City
