Home-Based E-Commerce Specialist

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based E-Commerce Specialist will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain custom webstores using platforms like SAGE, Order My Gear (OMG), and BrightStores.
• Perform store refreshes and updates, including product merchandising and virtual image sourcing.
• Execute website edits and maintenance based on AE requests.
• Review landing pages, product details, checkout processes, and all other vital e-commerce website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate with integrated partners to coordinate the integration and testing of templates and products on external systems.
• Manage project timelines for e-commerce site builds and adhere to service-level agreements for site maintenance requests.
• Coordinate the production of orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform.
• Enter orders from webstores into HALO systems (e.g., MStar, NetSuite).
• Set up orders for processing, verify inventory and pricing, and initiate account setup.
• Provide platform guidance to AEs and internal teams.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
• Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
• Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client satisfaction.
