We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at This role will oversee and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, with the goal of driving revenue growth and strengthening our brand presence in the e-commerce space.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and implementing campaigns across Email, SMS, Social Media, Google Ads, and Affiliate programs, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role also involves overseeing SEO initiatives, campaign performance analysis, marketing project scheduling, and managing creative assets. The ideal candidate will have proven success in leading marketing teams, executing high-impact campaigns, and scaling growth in both B2B and B2C environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Oversee Email and SMS marketing campaigns using automation and analytics tools to ensure effective segmentation, content, and reporting.
  • Manage and strategize Social Media campaigns, including content planning, creative layouts, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and optimize Google Ads & Google Merchant campaigns for ROI.
  • Lead SEO strategy using SEO and analytics tools to ensure improved rankings and organic growth.
  • Manage content creation, posting, and engagement across social platforms.
  • Supervise affiliate programs and partnerships, maintaining strong partner communication.
  • Schedule and manage marketing workflows using project management tools and Shopify integrations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team to deliver results and continuously improve execution.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, and B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a marketing team.
  • Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media advertising, Email/SMS marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, project management tools, and SEO/analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
