Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

· Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive client engagement and sales activities.

· Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain string relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, ensuring long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Presentation and Negotiation

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Create detailed sales proposals and quotes tailored to client's specific needs and requirements.

Team Leadership and Mentorship

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales consultants, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and client insights.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and pipeline.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or any related field.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in senior sales role is preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
